Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final unless the item is defective, spoiled, or incorrect.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of purchase/delivery with proof of issue (receipt and photo evidence).

Customers are responsible for the proper handling and storage of meat products once received. We are not liable for spoilage or illness due to improper handling after pickup/delivery.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any perishable goods, including fresh, frozen, or cooked meats. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Refunds & Replacements

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we may offer a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.
Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Include clear photos of the product and a description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Products that have been tampered with or improperly stored after purchase.
Issues reported more than 24 hours after purchase/delivery.
Buyer’s change of preference.
